What this site collects

The booking form

The form on the contact page asks for your name and email. This site does not store them. When you press the button, they are passed to Calendly so the booking page opens with them filled in. Calendly then handles the booking under its own privacy notice. I use your name and email only to hold the call and talk with you about your website.

The edit request form

The edit request form writes an email in your own email app. Nothing is sent until you press send.

Email

If you email me, I keep the email in my Google Workspace mailbox. I don't sell or share your details.

Visitor counts

This site uses Plausible Analytics to count visits and button clicks. Plausible does not set cookies. Its data policy says it does not collect personal data.

Each page you open also sends one page view count to my own reporting service at reports.8thlayersolutions.com. This site's server passes on the page address without anything after a ? or #, a random event number and the time. It does not pass on your IP address, browser details, the page you came from, cookies or anything you type into a form. The reporting service keeps daily totals and does not store the page address. This count sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. It is not sent at all if your browser uses Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. Bookings and emails are not counted.

Questions or removal

To ask what I hold about you or to have it deleted, email jonathan@8thlayersolutions.com.
